BJ-6800A系列是應(yīng)用廣泛的高性能水性烤漆，具有卓越的附著力和重涂性，用水做稀釋劑，不易燃，不易爆，無(wú)毒對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染；同時(shí)還具有高硬度和柔韌性、耐老化、高耐磨、耐鹽霧等優(yōu)秀的綜合特性。
用途：主要應(yīng)用于電腦機(jī)箱、筆記本外殼、手機(jī)外殼、高爾夫球頭、自行車等銅、鋁、鐵、不銹鋼、鋅合金等等金屬材質(zhì)上的產(chǎn)品涂裝。
This water-borne varnish is widely used for its high-performance. With water for the diluents, it has great adhesive force and great re-coating property. Being Non-burning, non-burst, non-poisonous, it is pollution-free. It is hard and flexible, with high performance of aging resistance, abrasion resistance, and salt spray resistance.
Application: mainly used in varnishing metal parts from computer chassis, laptop outer case, mobile phone outer covers, golf head, bicycles. These metal parts include copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, zinc alloy etc.

使用方法：
本系列產(chǎn)品直接用水做稀釋劑，加水量根據(jù)用戶對(duì)漆膜厚度的要求來(lái)確定，如出現(xiàn)流掛，需減少加水量，出現(xiàn)桔皮適量增加水量。加水稀釋后，攪拌均勻，過(guò)濾靜置消泡后方可施工。涂裝后的工件須進(jìn)入低溫到高溫段烘烤，烘烤時(shí)間根據(jù)漆膜厚度和工件的傳熱度來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)。 稀釋所用的自來(lái)水必須純凈無(wú)雜質(zhì)，且不可與油性及其他公司的產(chǎn)品摻合使用，施工環(huán)境和配漆器具必須干凈，待涂物體表面必須平整、干燥、清潔。
How to use
This product is diluted with water. Users can adjust the water according to different coating thicknesses. If sagging occurs, decrease the water amount; if orange-peel happens, increase the water amount. After diluting by water, stir it to make it even. Do not use it until the bubbles are gone. Coated tools must be dried from low temperature to high temperature; the drying time can be adjusted according to coating thickness and tools’ heat conductivity.
The water to be used for dilution must be clean without any impurities. The products cannot be used together with oily varnish or products from any other companies. Keep the tools and the environment clean, and make sure the coating surface is smooth, dry and clean.
